I’m Liz Amenta.
After years of coaching on the job, in 2020, I set out to become a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and connect individuals with their true passions – both personal and professional. My own journey toward professional growth, balance and overall life fulfillment makes me an ideal coach, suited for a variety of clients.

Our process begins by gathering information to better understand your goals and objectives. We then take those goals and objectives and work together to compile a comprehensive strategic plan which allows us to anticipate potential opportunities. As the workplace landscape continues to change, new leaders emerge, and processes transform we apply critical and creative thinking techniques to find “out of the box”, effective and efficient solutions, moving your career and business forward.
